• Uses Gmail's send-only permissions to facilitate communication
• Does not read, store, or process your email content
• Only sends emails to broker connections you explicitly approve

3. Gmail Access and Permissions

By using our service, you grant us limited Gmail access:

• We only request gmail.send scope permission
• We cannot read your emails or access your inbox
• We only send emails to approved broker connections
• You can revoke this access at any time

4. User Responsibilities

As a user of Trade Approve, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information during signup
• Only approve broker connections you trust
• Maintain the security of your account
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

5. Service Limitations

Trade Approve:

• Does not guarantee broker availability or response times
• Is not responsible for broker communications or agreements
• Does not provide financial or investment advice
• May modify or discontinue services with notice

6. Data Protection

We implement security measures to protect your data:

• We do not store your email content
• We use encryption for all data transmission
• We maintain strict access controls
• We comply with data protection regulations

7. Account Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. Upon termination:

• Your account data will be deleted
• Gmail access will be revoked
• No further emails will be sent on your behalf

8. Modifications

Trade Approve may revise these terms of service at any time without notice. By continuing to use this service, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
